The limits for Pay monthly customers using Charge to Bill are:
•£30 for a single transaction
•£50 for a month
If you exceed the daily limit, try again the next day or if the monthly transaction limit is reached then you won’t be able to buy any more products or digital content using Charge to Bill until the next calendar month.
If you’re a Pay as you go customer, you can only make purchases using your available credit. You can top up to make sure your balance covers your purchases.
Charge to Bill isn’t automatically available. Your company needs to request it by contacting their Prime Contact or account manager.
