We do our billing online, so to see your current or previous bills you’ll need to register for My Vodafone or log in if you’re already registered.
Here’s what you do when you’re in My Vodafone:
- Choose ‘See bills’ (bottom right of the page). For your latest bill, just click ‘Download your bill here’, or to see your previous bills use a drop-down menu under the heading ‘Bill date’ (make sure you hit ‘Go’ after you've chosen the bill you want).
- When your bill has opened, you’ll see some symbols along the top left of the page, one of which is ‘Download pages.’ When you’ve clicked here, another box opens. If you want to see the longest version of your bill which lists all your usage, make sure you choose ‘Full itemised bill’.
