You can pick up a new SIM in store or order one by speaking to an adviser on Live Chat. If you’re a large business customer, please speak to your account manager.
All our SIMs are 3-in-1 SIMs. They’re made up of the three different SIM sizes and you simply pop out the size you need to fit your device. If you’re not sure which one you need, check here
If you need a new SIM for any of the following reasons and you want to keep your existing Vodafone number, you’ll need to request a replacement SIM:
- Your device was lost or stolen – report this to us first
- You’ve upgraded or have a new device and need a different size SIM
- Your current SIM is damaged
When you have your replacement SIM, you’ll need to complete a SIM swap to move your current number over to the new SIM.
