To start the SIM swap:
- If you’re a Pay monthly or Pay as you go customer with a working device that can receive texts, please complete the SIM swap request
- If you’re a Pay monthlycustomer and your device doesn’t work, you can request a SIM swap here instead
- If you’re a Pay as you go customer and don’t have a working phone please speak to an adviser on Live Chat
A SIM swap can take up to 24 hours but it’s usually much faster. If your SIM swap hasn’t completed after 24 hours, find out what to do here
Note: you’re not able to swap onto a pre-activated Pay as you go SIM bought from us or a third party such as Tesco or Argos.
If you’re a business customer with access to Vodafone Corporate Online, log in to swap your SIM or speak to your account manager.
