Your SIM will be activated already. What to do after inserting your SIM into your device depends on the type of account you have.
- If you’re a Pay monthly customer, your SIM can take a few hours to connect to the network. If you still see ‘No Service’ after 12 hours, please contact us
- If you’re a Pay as you go customer, top upafter inserting your SIM and make a chargeable call
- If you ordered a free Pay as you go SIM online, call 17298 to activate it
If you have a replacement SIM
