How do I activate and set up my new SIM?

If you have a new connection

Your SIM will be activated already. What to do after inserting your SIM into your device depends on the type of account you have.

  • If you’re a Pay monthly customer, your SIM can take a few hours to connect to the network. If you still see ‘No Service’ after 12 hours, please contact us
  • If you’re a Pay as you go customer, top upafter inserting your SIM and make a chargeable call
  • If you ordered a free Pay as you go SIM online, call 17298 to activate it

If you have a replacement SIM

If you have a replacement SIM because you have a new device requiring a different-sized SIM, or your SIM was lost or damaged, you’ll need to do a SIM swap to keep your current number. Find out how
