How do I activate my SIM?

New customers or connections

  1. Pop your SIM into your device and switch it on
  2. Your SIM will automatically activate on our network and ‘Vodafone’ will appear on your screen.

Please note – activation can take up to 24 hours but it’s usually much quicker.

If you’re a Pay as you go customer, you’ll need to top up and make a chargeable call to activate your SIM.

Upgrades or replacement SIMs

You may be able to use your existing SIM in your new device as we supply Multi-SIMs

If it doesn’t fit, or you have a replacement SIM because yours was lost, stolen or damaged, head to our SIM swap page and follow the instructions to activate.
