New customers or connections
- Pop your SIM into your device and switch it on
- Your SIM will automatically activate on our network and ‘Vodafone’ will appear on your screen.
If you’re a Pay as you go customer, you’ll need to top up and make a chargeable call to activate your SIM.
Upgrades or replacement SIMs
You may be able to use your existing SIM in your new device as we supply Multi-SIMs
If it doesn’t fit, or you have a replacement SIM because yours was lost, stolen or damaged, head to our SIM swap page and follow the instructions to activate.
Please note – activation can take up to 24 hours but it’s usually much quicker.
