Your upgrade date depends on the type of plan you have, and how long you’ve been with us.
- In the app: Choose ‘My products and services’ in the menu followed by ‘Your bundle’
- In My Vodafone: choose ‘Upgrade or change bundle’ in the menu after logging in.
If you joined or upgraded on or after 12 April 2017 to one of our Essentials, Red Extra or Red Entertainment plans, you can upgrade after six months with a Flexi-upgrade
If you’ve had a 12-month SIM only plan for at least three months, you’ll qualify for a flexible upgrade to a Pay monthly phone plan. If you’re eligible and you’d like to upgrade, simply get in touch using the links at the end of this answer.
If you’re a Business customer and you have an account manager or Prime Contact, you should discuss your upgrade options with them.
