How do I change my plan?

If you’re not eligible to upgrade, you may still be able to change your plan to increase your monthly allowance of data, minutes or texts – but there may be an additional charge if this is not part of your upgrade. Please note: you can only reduce your plan when you’re eligible for an upgrade

To change your plan, simply log in to My Vodafone and go to upgrade or change bundle,or use the My Vodafone app

If you’re not ready to change your plan completely, we have a range of Extras you can add to it instead. You can add them by text, or opt in to and out of them within My Vodafone or using the My Vodafone app
