How do I change my plan?

You can change your plan to increase your monthly allowance of data, minutes or texts, but there may be an additional charge if this is not part of your upgrade. Please note: you can only reduce your plan when you’re eligible for an upgrade

To upgrade your plan, simply get in touch using the handy links at the end of this answer.

If you’re not ready to change your plan completely, we have a range of extras you can add to it instead. You can add them by text message, or opt in to and out of them within My Vodafone or using the My Vodafone app
