It’s easy to bring your existing number to Vodafone. First, you’ll need to ask for a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) from your current provider.
When you’ve received it, just fill in the Keep My Number Form and we’ll do the rest.
How do I get a PAC from my current provider?
You’ll need to call your existing provider to ask for your PAC. Here are some helpful numbers:

Log in to request a PAC
EE(including T-Mobile and Orange)
Call 150 from your mobile or 07953 966 250
Call 333 from your mobile or 0333 300 3333
Call 789 from your mobile or 0845 6000 789
Your PAC will only be valid for 30 days after its issue date, so you’ll need to give it to us within this time. If you don’t, you’ll have to request another PAC.
On Pay as you go?
Remember to use up all your credit with your current network, as you won’t be able to transfer it after you’ve joined us.
If you want to continue using your existing Pay as you go phone on our network, you’ll also need to request a Network Unlock Code (NUC) from your old provider. Once you’ve got your NUC, we’ve also got guidance on how to use it
If you’re a business customer, you can bring up to 25 mobile numbers to our network. Get in touch with your account manager or Prime Contact to find out more.
