Setting up your email to come directly to your phone differs for every device. Here’s how to get step-by-step support:
- Go to our device guides
- If this is your first visit select Phone from the Device Type drop down, choose your manufacturer and model
- You may already have a device selected which you can change
- Choose Messaging from the Device Guides options
- Select Email Messaging
- Then, depending on the choices available, select either Set up your phone for Email or Set up your phone for POP3 email
The steps vary, depending on your phone’s model and your manufacturer’s Operating System. Typically, in iOS you’ll need to go to Mail, Contacts and then Calendars in your Settings and select Add Account.
In Android, you usually choose the Email icon on the home screen or in Apps and should then be prompted to add a new account. If you’re unsure, consult our device guides or your phone’s user manual.
