What do I need to do when I first use the My Vodafone app?

When using the My Vodafone app for the first time:

  • You’ll need to turn off your Wi-Fi and switch on the mobile data network on, so the app can find your details
  • If you have any third-party data management apps installed that use a Virtual Private Network (VPN), they’ll need to be removed until the My Vodafone app has been accessed for the first time
  • You’ll need to read the Terms of Use within the app before using it for the first time. All your information will then be downloaded automatically to your device
