Samsung customers
Samsung customers will also need to update mobile network settings. Switch on 5G by going to Settings > Connection > Mobile networks > 5G/4G/3G/2G (auto connect).
Xiaomi Mi 10T customers
If you’re using Dual SIM with your Xiaomi Mi 10T, 5G will not be supported and your device will default to 4G instead. If you’ve got a dual SIM, your device will take you through the next steps.
Apple iPhone 12 customers
If you have an iPhone with the new iOS 14.5 update installed, you will be able to use 5G roaming and have 5G support for dual-SIMs.
If you have a business account, find out more about 5G here.
