I can't top up my phone

Sorry you're having trouble topping up.

The easiest way to do so is in the My Vodafone app. From the homescreen:

  1. Tap the Credit tile – this will take you to the Top up tab
  2. From there you can choose your Top up amount and the Payment method you want to use.

Alternatively, you can top up online, in-store or by text
