Why has my Pay as you go credit run out?

If you're on one of our older Pay as you go plans – not Pay as you go 1 or a Big Value Bundle – or you go over your Big Value Bundle data allowance, you may have to pay a £2 data charge each day you use certain apps, access the internet and check your emails – this will be taken from the credit on your account.

If you regularly use data on your phone, you might be better off buying a Big Value Bundle or switching to our Pay as you go 1 plan

Our Big Value Bundles come with inclusive data allowances, and with Pay as you go 1 you'll pay just 20p per 5MB of data you use – plus you'll get 500MB for free if you spend £1 in a day.
