If you deregister your Sure Signal device, it’ll stop working for everyone who uses it.
- Log in to your My Vodafone account
- From the navigation menu, choose Sure Signal
- If you’ve got more than one Sure Signal, choose which one you want to deregister
- Choose Deregister Sure Signal
You can always reregister your Sure Signal device again later if you need to. We won’t save info like users, so you’ll need to re-add those when you do reregister.
Unused Sure Signal devices may deregister automatically
If you’ve got a Sure Signal device that you haven’t used for three months or more, we might automatically put a bar on it or deregister it completely.
