How do I deregister my Sure Signal?

If you deregister your Sure Signal device, it’ll stop working for everyone who uses it. 

To deregister:

  1. Log in to your My Vodafone account
  2. From the navigation menu, choose Sure Signal 
  3. If you’ve got more than one Sure Signal, choose which one you want to deregister 
  4. Choose Deregister Sure Signal

You can always reregister your Sure Signal device again later if you need to. We won’t save info like users, so you’ll need to re-add those when you do reregister. 

Unused Sure Signal devices may deregister automatically

If you’ve got a Sure Signal device that you haven’t used for three months or more, we might automatically put a bar on it or deregister it completely.
