My plan’s coming to an end. What happens next?

If your plan’s coming to an end, you can:

  • Carry on with your current plan
  • Upgrade your plan
  • Cancel your plan

Carry on with your current plan

If your plan comes to an end, your allowance of data, minutes, texts and anything else you’ve added will continue on a rolling monthly basis. You’ll move onto a rolling contract and will continue to be billed at your usual monthly rate.

It’ll keep rolling until you upgrade, switch to a different plan, or cancel your plan altogether.
