I’ve used up all my Big Value Bundle data, minutes or texts. Can I buy another?

No, you can only have one Big Value Bundle on your account at once. However, if you run out of data, minutes or texts before your Big Value Bundle expires, you can simply renew it early, providing you have enough credit in your account. Please note: any unused allowances won't be carried over if you renew early.  
 
Alternatively, you can buy any Pay as you go extra to get more minutes, texts or data if you run out of your Big Value Bundle allowances while it’s still running. If you don’t, you’ll pay our standard Pay as you go call charges as long as you have credit.
 
Your Big Value Bundle will renew automatically every 30 days as long as you have enough credit on your account. You can top up, renew your Big Value Bundle, or purchase Pay as you go extras in the My Vodafone app or in My Vodafone.
