If you’re on Pay monthly
Insert your SIM card – see our device guides if you need help. Your SIM should already be connected to the network – but it can take 24 hours to activate. If you don’t see ‘Vodafone UK’ on the screen, please get in touch using the option at the end of this page.
If you’re on Pay as you go
- Insert your SIM card – see our device guides if you need help
- Make sure your Wi-Fi is switched off and Mobile Data is switched on in Settings. When connected to the network, ‘Vodafone UK’ will appear in the top left
- Buy a data pack
Whether you’re a Pay monthly or Pay as you go customer, you should download the My Vodafone app to help you keep track of your data usage
