Why are you increasing the cost of my plan?

We know it’s never popular to see mid-contract price rises introduced. However, the UK continues to be one of the most competitive markets in the world and these changes will allow us to continue to invest in, and improve, our UK-wide network and to offer the quality of service that our customers expect from us.

The changes we’re making will add certainty for you. We’ll use the Retail Price Index (RPI) figure set in March each year (for consumer customers – and set in January each year for business customers) and apply the change in April. From 5 May 2016, we informed all new and upgrading customers what they can expect when they sign up, as well as including this in our terms and conditions

Customers on existing bundles that are covered by our Fixed Price Promise won’t see any RPI increase.
