Has the Fixed Price Promise ended?

Yes – we can no longer offer this for new or upgrading customers on their new bundles. This is because we’re introducing an annual increase in the monthly cost of your bundle linked to the Retail Price Index (RPI).

We haven’t made this decision lightly. Since Ofcom introduced the new regulations for contract pricing, we’ve been the only network to maintain a fixed price promise. But it’s been a necessary step for us to make, so that we can continue to invest in our network and offer the quality of service our customers expect.

We’ll continue to honour the Fixed Price Promise for any customers who took up their contract while this was still in effect (from April 2014 to 5 May 2016).
