What can I do if I don’t want a regular price increase added to my contract?

If you want to take up a new Pay monthly contract with us from 5 May 2016 as a new or upgrading customer, then you’ll need to accept this increase as one of the terms of your contract. There isn’t anything we can do to remove it from the contract.

If you’re on an existing contract covered by the Fixed Price Promise there’ll be no change, and you won’t need to worry about the price increase.
