What options do I have when my data has been capped?

If your usage is capped and you’ve used up your allowance, you can buy a one-off or monthly Data Extra. This will give you an additional amount of data to use until your allowance renews.

Alternatively, if you’re the account owner or administrator, you can remove the data cap to pay our standard UK or roaming charges.
