Why do I get an error message when entering the redemption code?

If you get a ‘Code not valid’ message, this means the NOW TV Sky Movies Pass redemption code has already been used, has expired or has been entered incorrectly.

To make sure your code has been entered correctly, please check the details and try again.

If you get the ‘Sorry, a voucher has already been applied to this subscription, you cannot add another at this time’ message, this is because you already have a NOW TV Sky Movies Pass. To use your voucher code you’ll need to wait until your current pass has fewer than 30 days remaining and is cancelled in line with the NOW TV Terms of Use.
