How do I change my plan?

You have the freedom to change your plan every 30 days. Unlike upgrading, you don’t have to take out a new contract and your agreement end date will stay the same. Plus, if you change your mind, you can always switch back to your old plan within 14 days.

Go to the My Vodafone app and select the menu icon in the top right-hand corner, followed by Upgrade or change plan.

Alternatively, log in to My Vodafone online and go to Upgrade or change plan.

If you switch to a plan that includes Red Entertainment (Spotify, Amazon Video, Sky Sports) you'll only get an entertainment subscription for the remainder of your agreement or until the subscription end date - whichever comes first.
