What happens at the end of my commitment period?

Your plan and monthly payments will continue as normal after your commitment period ends unless you upgrade, switch to Pay as you go or SIM only, or cancel your contract entirely. When you near the end of your commitment period, we’ll notify you by text and letter to explain your options. Follow the link, and you’ll be able to view the deals you can upgrade to.

You can sign in to My Vodafone or the My Vodafone app to see a range of great upgrade deals at the end of your commitment period. Alternatively, if you’re happy with your current phone, a SIM only plan may offer you a great value deal.

Please note: you may not need to wait until your contract end date to upgrade
