What happens at the end of my commitment period?

Your plan and monthly payments will continue as normal after your commitment period, unless you upgrade, switch to Pay as you go or SIM only or cancel your contract entirely. When you near the end of your commitment period, we’ll notify you by text or email to explain your options.

You can sign in to My Vodafone or the My Vodafone app at the end of your commitment period to see a range of great upgrade deals. Alternatively, if you’re happy with your current phone, a SIM only plan may offer you a better value deal.

Please note: you may not need to wait until your contract end date to upgrade
