How do I stop using Pay as you go?

It’s easy to stop using your Pay as you go phone. You simply stop using it and it’ll automatically disconnect after six months. Any remaining credit will be lost, so make sure you use it up first.

 

Switching network

Switching to another network is easy – just ask us for a PAC code to keep your current number or a STAC code to get a new number.

Give your chosen code to your new network provider to make the switch.

If you want to continue using your Pay as you go phone on another network, you’ll need to request a Network Unlock Code (NUC). Once you’ve got your NUC, we’ve also got guidance on how to use it
