If we no longer have your correct name or title, the easiest way to let us know is by using the online form. Once you’re done, we’ll start the correction process. We’ll aim to make the change within as soon as possible.
When you’ve submitted your details, we’ll take it from there. You’ll get a confirmation email, and if we need any more information we’ll be in touch.
You can also correct these details by post by writing to Vodafone Customer Services, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN, or by visiting us in store.
If you need to change your name by post or in store, you need to complete the change your name form [PDF: 60KB] and either send it to the address on the form, or bring it to us in store.
We also support your application for your Gender Recognition Certificate, if you need one, through our Living As Me scheme. No proof of identity is needed if you want to change your title. For example, if you'd prefer to be known as Mr, Ms or Mx, just get in touch.
