What details will I need to provide to report a bereavement?

We’ll require the account holder’s account number or mobile number, their name, address and date of birth.

Once we have this information to verify the account, we’ll require the account holder’s death certificate details – death certificate reference number including the letters, the registration district and the date they passed away.
