The account owner has passed away - what are my options with the account?

You’ll be able to choose what to do with the account:

  • Disconnect the number – find out what happens when you leave
  • Take the number to a different provider using a PAC code
  • Move to a different provider without keeping the number using a STAC code
  • Transfer the ownership to Pay as you go or Pay monthly - we’ll need to carry out a credit check for Pay monthly
