The account owner has sadly passed away; what are my options with the account?

Please note: before we can complete any actions on the account, we’ll require some details to verify it. Please check the How do I report a bereavement? section to find out more information on this.

After we have all the necessary information you’ll have the option to:

  • Disconnect the number
  • Move to a different provider using a PAC code
  • Transfer the ownership to Pay as you go or Pay monthly – however, if you move to Pay monthly, we’ll need to perform a credit check
