My account owner has sadly passed away; what can I do if I want to keep my number?

We’re really sorry to hear about your loss.If you’d like to keep your number and you’re able to provide us with the account holder’s personal and death certificate details, we can transfer the ownership and move the number into your account, under your name.

Please note: in case we’re moving the number to a Pay monthly account, we’ll need to perform a credit check.
