To move your number to a different provider, you need to give us:
- the account holder’s personal details
- a copy of the death certificate
When we have these, we’ll give you a PAC code to move the number to a new network provider.
You have 28 days to give the code to a new network provider. If you don’t use it in this time, we’ll simply disconnect the number from our network.
