My account owner has sadly passed away; can I move my number to a different provider?

We’re really sorry to hear about your loss. To move your number to a different provider, we’ll need you to provide us with the account holder’s personal and death certificate details. Once received, we’ll give you a PAC code. Once you’ve chosen your new network provider, you’ll be able to move your number over to them using your unique code.

Please note: you’ll have 28 days to use the code. If it’s not used, the number will be simply disconnected from our network.
