I have an account in my name, but the user of the phone has sadly passed away. What are my options?

Firstly, we’d suggest you call us and go through the data protection questions. Once verification is complete you’ll need to provide us with the following details:

  • User’s name
  • Date of birth
  • Relationship to the account holder
  • Death certificate reference number including the letters
  • Registration district
  • Date the customer passed away

Please note: this can only be done by the account holder.
