How do I replace a lost or stolen device?

We know you don't want to be without a device for too long. Here are some options to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Make a claim if you have Vodafone Insurance 

If you have insured your device through Vodafone Insurance, you'll need to make a claim by contacting our dedicated claims team.

Check if you can get an early upgrade 

Depending on how long you have left before your plan ends, you might be able to upgrade early (this may involve a cost). To discuss your options, chat to us online.

Get a new pay as you go device
