To register for My Vodafone or the My Vodafone app you’ll need:
- Your Vodafone number
- Your device to receive the security code
- If you’re a Home Broadband customer and you don’t have your Vodafone mobile, you’ll need your order number
Please note: if you’re a Home Broadband customer, you can receive the code on your home phone or on the alternative contact number added to your account.
