To change your password, follow these steps:
- Log in to My Vodafone
- Choose Account settings
- Choose Login details
- Under Your password, select Change
If you want to reset your password because you can’t log in to My Vodafone, choose ‘Forgotten your password’ on the login page, My Vodafone. You’ll be asked to enter some memorable information and then we’ll send you a temporary password. If you struggle, you can reset your password with an agent via Live Chat. Once you receive a temporary password in your email inbox, you’ll need to use that to authenticate in My Account first before you set a new password, which you can use to log in to the App.
