A data cap lets you block data usage outside of your monthly allowance, so you’ll be prevented from using data once you’ve reached the limit of your allowance.
Data caps are turned off by default but are easy to switch on. If you bought your plan before May 2016, please ensure you’re eligible for data capping
Your data cap will apply to data usage in the UK and in our Roam-free and Roam-further destinations. If you’re roaming outside of these destinations, we’ll limit your data spend to £39.33 (50 EUR) a month. Once you’ve reached your limit, you won’t be able to use more data until your bill is due.
