What is Vodafone Plan Check?

Plan Check is our way of providing reassurance that you’re on the best value plan for you. If you’re a Pay monthly customer, we’ll send you an email or text message every 3-4 months with a personalised summary of your usage over that period.

As well as keeping you in the loop about your usage and plan, we hope to give you peace of mind that you’re on the best plan for you. We’ll also keep you informed about discounts and savings, as well as recommendations which could save you money. For example, if you regularly exceed your data allowance, we’ll make a recommendation to help you avoid doing so in future.

Remember, you can check your usage at any time in the My Vodafone App or by logging in to My Vodafone online. You can also see our FAQ for more information on managing your spend
