How do I know when my data allowance is running low?

It's easy to check your data allowance in the My Vodafone app or by logging in to My Vodafone

We’ll also text you when your allowance is running low.

You’ll be notified for the first time as you start to get close to your total monthly allowance. This happens when you’ve used around 80% of your data allowance. You’ll receive the next notification when you’ve used up all of your data for the month, and additional notifications once you go over your allowance.

Alternatively, we’ll notify you when you’re about to consume 250MB or 500MB outside your allowance. Our last alert will be sent when you’ve spent £26 on additional data.

If you’re concerned about out-of-plan data charges, there are ways to increase your allowance by adding a Data Extra, or switching to another plan which suits you better. You can do this in My Vodafone by selecting Upgrade or change bundle in the menu.
