Why has my Direct Debit changed?

The bill you pay each month may vary depending on your usage – your Direct Debit payment will reflect this amount.

If you’ve recently upgraded or made any changes to your account, this will also affect your bill and therefore your Direct Debit.

We‘ll notify you either by email or text message of how much we’re due to take by Direct Debit each month, and will collect within seven days of sending your bill.
