How do I set up a Direct Debit?

You can set up a Direct Debit using My Vodafone – just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My Vodafone, or register
  2. Choose Billing and then Payment methods from the menu on the left
  3. Choose Set up Direct Debit.

  4. Enter the information that is required - make sure you have your sort code and account number to hand, and that you have an account which allows Direct Debits

Please note: It can take up to 10 days to set up a Direct Debit with your bank, and we’ll usually apply for the payment 3 working days before it’s due. If you set up your Direct Debit too close to the due date, you might need to pay for your next bill another way.
