You can set up a Direct Debit using My Vodafone – just follow these steps:
- Log in to My Vodafone, or register
- Choose Billing and then Payment methods from the menu on the left
- Choose Set up Direct Debit.
- Enter the information that is required - make sure you have your sort code and account number to hand, and that you have an account which allows Direct Debits
Please note: It can take up to 10 days to set up a Direct Debit with your bank, and we’ll usually apply for the payment 3 working days before it’s due. If you set up your Direct Debit too close to the due date, you might need to pay for your next bill another way.
