My Direct Debit hasn’t been taken. What should I do?

There are several possible reasons why your Direct Debit hasn’t been taken. Please check the following:

  1. Do you have enough funds in your account?
  2. Are your details up to date, and do we have the correct account number and sort code for your bank account? You can check and update these on My Vodafone
  3. Has your bank blocked your Direct Debit payment to us for any reason?

Please note that we’ll take your Direct Debit payment up to seven days after you receive your bill.
