In July 2017 we changed the way we collect credit card payments.
Payments are now managed by Vesta, our trusted partner. This name will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Vesta Vodafone or Vodafone Vesta, instead of Vodafone Banbury.
The change doesn’t affect any charges, or the date of your payment. However, if you have any concerns please chat to us online or call 191 free from your Vodafone mobile.
Your online security and safety is important to us, we’ll never ask for your bank password or other online security information. When we contact you, or you contact us, we’ll only ask for your Vodafone account security.
