We recommend Direct Debit as the most convenient way to pay your bill. Direct Debit payments will be automatically taken from your bank account each month and will be requested four days before the due date – as set out in our airtime terms and conditions
Need help setting up your Direct Debit?
You can make changes to your Direct Debit details on My Vodafone
After logging in, follow these steps:
- Choose Billing
- Choose Payment methods
- Choose Payment cards
If you don’t have a Direct Debit set up, you can make ad hoc payments in My Vodafone, or you can pay by card using the bank gyro at the bottom of your bill and PDF.
If you’re having issues paying online, call 56677 free from your Vodafone mobile to arrange a payment over the phone instead.
