You can check your bill has been paid by logging in to your My Vodafone account. If your bill has been paid, the billing page won’t show an amount outstanding.
If you’ve set up a Direct Debit, the billing date is shown on this page. We’ll take the Direct Debit payment automatically, 7 days after this date.
If you can’t see a payment for the time period you’re checking on any of your bills, please choose Give us a call at the end of this answer to get in touch.
- The payment date and the date it left your account
- The payment amount and payment method
- The payment reference
- If you paid by card – your card number and type
- Your sort code and account number if you paid by Direct Debit
