How can I check my bill has been paid?

You can check if your bill has been paid in the My Vodafone app, or by logging in to your My Vodafone account

If your bill has been paid, the billing page won’t show any outstanding amounts.

If you’ve set up a Direct Debit, the billing date is shown on this page. We’ll take the Direct Debit payment automatically, seven days after this date.

If you can’t see a payment for the time period you’re checking on any of your bills, please give us a call at the end of this section with the following information ready:

  • The payment date and the date it left your account
  • The payment amount and payment method
  • The payment reference
  • If you paid by card – your card number and type
  • If you paid by Direct Debit – your sort code and account number
