If your bill has been paid, the billing page won’t show any outstanding amounts.
If you’ve set up a Direct Debit, the billing date is shown on this page. We’ll take the Direct Debit payment automatically, seven days after this date.
If you can’t see a payment for the time period you’re checking on any of your bills, please give us a call at the end of this section with the following information ready:
- The payment date and the date it left your account
- The payment amount and payment method
- The payment reference
- If you paid by card – your card number and type
- If you paid by Direct Debit – your sort code and account number
