How can I check my service status after a late payment and reactivate it if suspended?

You can check the status of your account at any time by opening the My Vodafone app, or by logging in to My Vodafone

If you’ve missed a payment and we’ve suspended any of your phone services, you’ll need to pay your outstanding balance using a debit or credit card registered in the UK.

Just call our free automated payment service on 56677 from your Vodafone mobile. Once you’ve paid the outstanding amount, we aim to reconnect you within the hour.

You’ll get a text message when your services have been unbarred. This usually happens instantly but can take up to 12 hours. Please wait at least 12 hours and restart your device before contacting us again.
