How do I make a payment to reactivate my service if it's been suspended?

If you’ve missed a payment and we’ve suspended any of your phone services, you’ll need to pay your outstanding balance using a UK-registered debit or credit card.

If you have more than one line with us and one isn’t suspended, you can continue to pay your bill in My Vodafone or the My Vodafone App

Just call our free automated payment service on 56677 from your Vodafone mobile. Once you’ve paid the outstanding amount, we aim to reconnect you within the hour.

If you haven’t been reconnected after 12 hours, chat to us online at the end of this section.
