Your first bill is usually produced within 2-10 days of you joining us. It shows the full price for your plan for a month, as this is charged in advance, plus an additional charge for those first few days of your plan before your bill was produced.
If you're already registered with My Vodafone, you'll receive an email to let you know that your bill's ready. Once you log in, you can view your bill online or as a PDF that you can save or print whenever you like.
You can also view and download your bills with the My Vodafone app. Please note: although the app is free, downloading it will use a small amount of data unless you’re connected to Wi-Fi.
If you haven't registered for My Vodafone, we'll send you a text with your total bill amount instead.
We don't send paper bills unless you specifically ask us to. There's a monthly charge of £1.54 a bill for this service. To opt in to paper bills, speak to an adviser on Live Chat.
