We do our billing online, so to see your current or previous bills you’ll need to register for My Vodafone or log in if you’re already registered.
Once you’re logged in to My Vodafone:
- Choose Billing
- Choose Previous bills – this will show your last payment and a breakdown of the bill
- You can download a copy of any of your previous bills at the bottom of the page
- We only store your bills for 13 months. After this, we aren’t able to provide you with a bill copy. To ensure you have copies of all bills we recommend that you actively store your bills on a regular basis
- A copy of your bill will only be sent to the registered email address that’s on your Vodafone account. If a third party requires a copy of your bill for tax purposes, it’s your responsibility to forward them as needed.
