What do I need to do before I visit the store or send my device away for repair?

Before sending your device for a repair, we recommend you do the following:

  • Back-up all data on your device (such as contacts, photos and music) as it will be deleted during repair
  • Ensure that we can contact you about the repair by checking if your contact details and address are up to date in My Vodafone
  • If you have an Apple product, you must disable Find my iPhone
