Once your claim has been accepted we aim to get you a replacement phone the next day via DPD. If your device is damaged, it’ll need to be available to exchange with the courier. You can find more details in our terms.
Can I get my replacement device sent to another address?
During the first three months of your policy replacement devices can only be sent to your billing address. After your first three months a replacement device can be sent to any UK address of your choice.

- We will only send replacement or repaired items to a UK address
- A two day delivery service applies in the following areas : AB31-AB56; FK17–FK21; HS1-HS9; IV; PA20-PA78; PH15-PH18
